In Week 1 of The Holistic Reset Challenge, we dive deep into how your mindset shapes your experiences and influences your behaviors. You'll begin the process of understanding and breaking free from negative thought patterns and limiting beliefs that have been holding you back. By reprogramming your inner dialogue, you’ll set the stage for lasting transformation in every area of your life.

Key Activities for Week 1:

1. Daily Journaling Prompts

Each day, you’ll receive a journal prompt designed to help you identify and challenge your current thought patterns. These prompts will guide you to dig deeper into your mindset, uncover limiting beliefs, and reframe them with more empowering, positive perspectives. Example prompts:

  • “What negative thought do I have about myself today, and how can I reframe it into a positive statement?”
  • “What’s one area of my life where I feel stuck? What belief do I hold about that area, and is that belief serving me?”
  • “What strengths do I have that I often overlook? How can I use them to move forward this week?”

2. Mindfulness and Meditation Practice

Each day, engage in a 5-10 minute mindfulness or meditation practice aimed at increasing self-awareness and emotional regulation. Meditation will help you detach from the negative, automatic thoughts that may arise throughout your day, fostering a more peaceful, present mindset. You’ll receive:

  • Guided meditation audios designed to calm the mind and help you reconnect with your inner thoughts.
  • Mindfulness exercises to practice throughout the day, helping you stay aware of your emotional responses and thought patterns in real-time.

Bonus Meditation Focus:

  • "Releasing Limiting Beliefs": Visualize letting go of old beliefs that no longer serve you, and replace them with empowering thoughts that support your growth and success. You'll find this in the media for this week.

3. Visualization Exercises for Desired Outcomes

Visualization is a powerful tool to unlock your potential. You’ll learn how to use mental imagery to create a clear vision of the outcomes you desire, whether it’s achieving a goal, overcoming a challenge, or improving your self-confidence. Every day, you’ll engage in visualization exercises where you:

  • Picture your ideal future: Visualize yourself succeeding in your personal, professional, and wellness goals.
  • Use emotional engagement: As you visualize, connect emotionally to the experience—feel the pride, joy, and excitement of your success.
  • Create a Vision Board: You’ll be invited to create a digital or physical vision board to remind you daily of the goals and aspirations you're working toward.

4. Reframing Negative Self-Talk

Learn practical tools to stop negative self-talk in its tracks and replace it with empowering affirmations. You'll receive daily affirmation statements and examples to help you reprogram your thought patterns. Examples of reframed statements:

  • From: “I’m not good enough to succeed” → To: “I am capable and worthy of achieving my goals.”
  • From: “I’m always too busy to focus on my health” → To: “I prioritize my health because I deserve to feel good.”

You'll be encouraged to write your own personalized affirmations to reinforce each day’s lesson.


Group Work: Live Q&A Session

At the end of Week 1, we’ll have a live group coaching session where you’ll have the opportunity to share your experiences, breakthroughs, and challenges with the group. In this session:

  • Discuss Mindset Shifts: Share the limiting beliefs you’ve identified and how you’ve reframed them. Celebrate your progress and victories, no matter how small!
  • Overcome Challenges: Have a safe space to discuss any struggles you encountered in shifting your mindset. I’ll provide personalized tips and strategies for overcoming obstacles.
  • Group Reflection: We’ll also reflect on any resistance you might have faced while doing the exercises and talk about how to move past it.
